Hver kveld samles vi på RavnBar, festivalens hjemmekoselige stue og pulserende festlokale. Kom for den gode samtalen om kunst, for en drink i kveldssolen med skybar-utsikt, eller et suggererende dansegulv.

RavnBar drives av Ingerid Frang og Helena Zaïda, nyutdannede scenografer fra Norwegian Theatre Academy, som vil la RavnBar bli et kunstverk i seg selv - en bar som responderer på festivalens forestillinger, tempo og tema, med stadig nye matbiter og drinker opp ermet.

Yes, indeed we will!

Helena Zaïda and Ingerid Frang, aka the two loving sisters Merricat and Constance (for the occasion), will serve you delicious, experimental, poisonous beverages during the festival - the dainty poison we sometimes desire to make the summer nights of Kristiansand even more thrilling!

If we can transform the humble communal vibe of Prosjekthytta into a baroque castle for four days, we can certainly distill Ravendans' performances into cocktails! YEEHAW! - what do cowboys drink? Is there really any health benefits from drinking activated charcoal (or will we literally poison our guests with our experiments??) What does nature taste like in liquid form? A glass of tears, my dear? And, last, but not least, what better way to turn us into lovely, curtseying darlings than by sipping a glass of natural wine, directly imported from Helena's, aka. Merricat's family in the Austrian mountains?

    Ravnedans invites you to join our evening gatherings where artists, audience members, and participants come together in a relaxed and vibrant atmosphere. The RavnBar is a natural extension of the festival, a space to connect, celebrate, and share moments beyond the stage.

    Expect music, conversations, and a dance floor open to everyone. Whether you come to move, to meet people, or simply to enjoy the atmosphere, the Ravnebar is an essential part of the Ravnedans experience.

    Come as you are, stay as long as you like.

    RavnBar is hosted by Ingerid Frang and Helena Zaïda, newly educated from MA in Scenography from Norwegian Theatre Academy

    Where: Prosjekthytta, Nodeviga 36. Cross the wooden bridge, then follow the steep stoned steps up, from Odderøya museumshavn (on right hand side of the museum).
    Accessibility: To access Prosjekthytta one needs to climb steep stone stairs. If this is difficult for you, we can help you up if you are comfortable with that. Contact Sunniva at 47332873
